Together with Paris, Bibliothèque nationale de France, BnF Éthiopien 1, this manuscript was copied by Johann-Michael Wansleben in Rome↗ in 1666 from manuscripts from Jerusalem↗ .
He sold both manuscripts to Louis Picques in 1676-1677, who left them to the library of the Jacobins Saint-Honoré↗ ; they came to the Bibliothèque nationale de France↗ during the French Revolution 1790-1795
