The original donor is ʿƎqʷǝba Giworgis donor mentioned in Additio 3 together with some of his family members. Also, their names are written in the supplications formulas over erasures, in the main hand (?): ʿƎqʷǝba Giworgis (e.g., check the viewer50vb , 59vb, 61ra, 62rb, 64vb, 65ra), his wife Maḥārit/Maḥārti Māryām (e.g., check the viewer3rb , 59vb, 65ra), ʾAmḫā Giworgis (e.g., check the viewer58ra , 71ra), Walda Giworgis (e.g., check the viewer62rb , 70vb), Walatta Māryām (e.g., check the viewer64va ). Later the Ms. was purchased by mamhǝre role: title Gabra Wald owner (s. Additio 2). At some point the name of another person, Gabra Madḫǝn owner , was written interlineally above or below the supplication formulas on check the viewer3rb , 50vb, 58ra, 78vb. According to Additio 3, the book was originally donated to the Church of church: Māryām Hǝrgʷǝd↗ (?).

Also, the donor’s family members are mentioned: his father Kiʿāda (?) Māryām , his mother Walatta Yoḥannǝs as well as children Walda Māryām , Walda Giworgis , ʾAmḫā Giworgis Madḫǝn and bār (bāḥr) nagāš role: office Za-Giworgis . The seller is ʾabbā role: title Salomon scribe of Dabra ʾAbuna Marqoryewos (possibly the monastery Dabra Dǝmāḥ, Sarāye↗ ), who might be also the scribe. )

Condition
The front board is broken and crudely repaired (30% is missing). The leather cover is missing. The Ms. has been very crudely rebound with a vegetal thread and repaired with white and green stitches. Many fols. of Text I are misplaced (e.g., check the viewer51ra-57vb ) and some are possibly missing. Many fols. are folded, cockled, cut off and badly affected by humidity. A hole or a cut is carefully amended on check the viewer57 .

Two wooden boards (the front board is broken and repaired; 30% is missing). Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes or tears are visible in the centre fold of the quires, close to the head and tail of the codex.
