The names Za-Giyorgis, Gabra Madḫǝn, Walatta Giyorgis are mentioned in the supplication formulas throughout the Ms., written in a secondary hand (possibly the same as Additio 2). Another name, Walatta Hāymānot, is also mentioned in the supplication formula, written in a different (?) hand.

The sewing has been repaired. A part of the leather cover is missing (remains are visible on the front and back covers and turn-ins). The Ms. is damaged in the inner bottom corners, therefore in some fols. the text is not readable (check the viewer1r-3v , 133r-134v). check the viewer134 is damaged in the upper and right margin and part of the text is lost. Cuts repaired in check the viewer55 , 57, 58, 76, 77, 77, 80, 113a, 116. A strip of parchment is carefully sewn in the margin of fols 76.

Two wooden boards covered with brown tooled leather (partly missing). Two pairs of sewing stations.
