The name of his father is ʿƎquba Giyorgis and his mother is Walatta Madḫǝn, and his brother is [vac.] and his sister is Walatta Ṣādǝqān [vac.] O, my fathers and brothers, children of this sanctuary, do not forget me in your prayers, (recite for me) one Pater Noster, says the sinner and the trespasser Gabra ʾƎgziabǝḥer. The one who stole (this book) or erased (its text) shall be excommunicated by the power of Peter and Paul. So be it, so be it. The note mentions the donor, Gabra ʾƎgziʾabǝḥer, and members of his family.

The lower margin of check the viewer36 was cut off. check the viewer94 , 116 are made of two pieces of parchment. Some quires are reinforced by parchment guards, s. quires I-VIII, X, XVII. Holes and tears carefully amended, s. fols. 5, 52, 89.
