Translation English: This book was written in the reign of our king ʿālam Sagad, lover of God, who was called Fāsiladas through the grace of christening, in <…> year of pure martyrs, in the 14th year after his coronation. It was commenced in the month of Sane and was completed in the month of Maskaram, in the year of Luke the Evangelist, in 7139 year of mercy. I, the poor priest Mänkǝr had this book written in great toil and labor by the will of God and by the help of St Michael the Archangel, so that it might be salvation for the soul, for the sake of love to the Jacobites. When I aspire for the Orthodox faith to accomplish this book, it is to make remember us always both who reads and interprets it. And may He write four of my children who have written it by the letter of love may He engrave their name on gate of a wall. So that congregation of heaven and earth will read it. Every day with the peace of God, the glorious. Amen and Amen. So be it. So be it.
By the same hand as the main text. Except the names, this colophon is identical with the colophon of AMQ-008.
