In the note, the name <...> Krǝstos (the first part is missing) is mentioned as the commissioner of the book; it is not clear whether he is the commissioner of the present Ms. or of the Ms. from which this has been copied.

Thanksgiving or petition prayer to God (kiryalaison). ( gez ) ኪይያ[sic]፡ ለይሶን፡ ኪርያላይሶን፡ ኪርያ፡ ላይሶን። … ለከ፡ ኃይል፡ ክብር፡ ወስብሐት፡ … ለአምላክ፡ ይደሉ፡ ክብር፡ … The note, written in black ink, consists of three parts with connected content, of which the first part is separated from the second one through a black line and the second one from the following one by a simple uncoloured ornamental band.

The Ms. has been resewn. The board attachment has been repaired with recent synthetic cords. The spine cover is torn off. check the viewer147-150 are affected by humidity at the edges. Some fols. are stained with water (e.g., fols. 2-3, 138-140, 151-152).
