The Ms. is currently (2010) in private possession of qašši Gāyyǝm owner (ʾAgāmyo). Two names are mentioned (added by a secondary hand) in the supplication formulas, ʾAmda Māryām owner (check the viewer19ra , check the viewer20rb , check the viewer25vb , etc.) and ʾAmda Mikāʾel owner (check the viewer20rb , 21rb, etc.). ʾAmda Māryām owner might be the original owner, as it appears in check the viewer20rb , 47ra, 48vb, etc. Several times the owner’s name was erased, e.g., check the viewer12vb , 13rb, 21rb, 21vb, etc. On check the viewer106vb the parents of ʾAmda Mikāʾel are mentioned, his father Gabra (...) and his mother Walatta Rāḥel.

Written in the same hand as Additio 3. The prayer invokes the angel Raphael (Rufāʾel) to protect women from pain during labour. It might be the same prayer as in Ms. EMML 4730 (f. 47a).

From the pieces that are legible we assume, that the book belongs to ʾAmda Mikāʾel , and that his father’s name is Gabra [l.n.] and his mother’s name is Walatta Rāḥel.
