The note states that the Ms. was acquired in Gondär by ʾIsāyǝyyās. This text is very similar to Additio 5 in Ms. GKM-011.

Condition
The front board is broken and repaired. The Leather cover is to the most part torn off (only the turn-ins are preserved). Some fols. are affected by humidity (e.g., check the viewer10v , 16r, 54v, 55v, 61v, 99v, 100v, 107r, 112r). Holes or tears carefully amended on check the viewer102 , 120, 127.
Binding
Two wooden boards (the front board is broken and repaired), covered with reddish brown tooled leather (now for the most part missing); textile inlays. Two pairs of sewing stations.
Binding decoration
Small holes and tears are visible on the spine fold of the quires, close to the head and the tail of the codex.
