The donors of the items are Ramḥā Śǝllāse and ʾArʾāyā Śǝllāse; the name Yoḥannǝs Kamā is mentioned in the note, but is not clear whether it refers to the name of the church or to a name of an individual; the keeper (gabaz) is Walda Gabrǝʾel. The note named the nowadays church of Māryām, as the church of Ṣǝyon (s. also Additio 1).
