The upper half of the leaf with the miniature of St John) is cut. Remains of two leaves are at the end, that were torn off or cut of, would constitute folios check the viewerfols 149–150, . Starting from check the viewerfol. 128 , the upper part of the leaves is damaged, with the loss of text.
