Quire q11 is misplaced: it was originally placed after Quire q8 . Traces of intensive use. Several leaves are damaged by water (e.g., check the viewerfols 3r–10r, ). The ink is abraded on some leaves (e.g., check the viewerfolss. 27r, 35v, 52r, 61v, 62r, ). The ink is faded on check the viewerfol. 37r . Rebound and professionally restored in the Badia of Grottaferrata in 1976.
