All fols. are affected by humidity; the text is partly illegible due to water stains: e.g., check the viewer9vc , 10ra, 17vc, 18ra, 20ra. The leather cover is damaged at the spine cover and at the front board. Tears or holes amended on check the viewer69 , 72, 110.

Two wooden boards covered with reddish-brown tooled leather. Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes are visible on the spine fold of the quires, close to the head and to the tail of the codex.
