Condition
The front board is broken and repaired with metal wire. The Ms. has been resewn. Some fols. are stained with dirt, water and wax. Two pieces of check the viewer45 have been cut out. Holes carefully amended in check the viewer25 , 37, 39, 63, 64.

Small holes are visible on the spine fold of the quires, one close to the head and one close to the tail of the codex.
