It is separated from the main text by chains of black and red dots with nine-dot asterisks in between. The note states that Walatta Takla Hāymānot ʾAmata Mikāʾel (possibly two persons are meant, Walatta Takla Hāymānot and ʾAmata Mikāʾel) bought the Ms. and donated it to the church of Kidāne Mǝḥrat May ʾAnbäsa. It also mentions her parents and her spiritual (?) fathers. Two other spiritual (?) fathers are mentioned above the note.

Condition
The Ms. has been resewn with modern synthetic green threads. The full leather cover is for the most part missing; remains of turn-ins are visible on the inner side of the back board. Quires A and I have been repaired with white stitches. The sewing of quires IX, XII, XIV-B has been reinforced with overcast (?) white stitches visible below the 4th sewing station. The bottom margin of check the viewer165 has been cut out. The upper and bottom margins of check the viewer182 have been trimmed. Holes are carefully amended on check the viewer23 , 165.
Binding
Two wooden boards; the leather cover is for the most part missing; remains of turn-ins and textile inlays are visible on the inner side of the back board. Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes are visible on the spine fold of the quires, two close to the head and two close to the tail of the codex.
