The name of the donor ʾabuna [Nǝwa]yä Ś[ǝllase] and the last line of the supplication have been erased. The supplication prayer is almost identical to that in Additio 1. The name of the supplicant Gabra ʾƎgziʾ is partly erased and is probably written in the same secondary hand as in Additio 1, in reddish-brown ink. -

The name of the supplicant Gabra [ʾƎgziʾ?] is partly erased and is probably written in the same secondary hand as in Additiones 1 and 3, in reddish-brown ink. -

The name of Gabra ʾƎgziʾ has been erased. The note is encircled with a thin line. -

It also mentions his father Gabra Kidān, his mother ʾAmata Mikāʾel, his brother Walda Ananya, his sisters Säbänä Giyorgis, Walatta Takla Hāymānot and Ḥirutä Śǝllāse (cp. MAKM-007).
