A paper print with a devotional image of the Virgin and Child (with legend in Italian) is sewn onto check the viewer6r . Text I-1 includes the hymn: - salām laki ḫoḫǝta mǝśrāq ... "Salutation to you, Threshold of the East…" (check the viewer12ra- rb). Parts of Text I-1 are written in small script (check the viewer5va-6va ). Text I-2 includes the hymns: - ʾO-ʾǝgzǝʾtǝyä qǝddǝst dǝngǝl Māryām ʾǝmmu la-ʾIyasus Krǝstos kahāli ... "O my Lady, Holy Virgin Mary, Mother of Jesus Christ the Almighty ..." (check the viewer8va- vb) (cp. ChRep ncheck the viewer373 ) - salām laki ʾo-ʾǝgzǝʾtǝyä qǝddǝst dǝngǝl Māryām ʾǝmma madḫǝn wa-ʾǝmma bǝrhān ... "Salutation to you, o my Lady, Holy Virgin Mary, Mother of the Saviour and Mother of the Light ..." (check the viewer8vb-9rb ). The miracles of Mary (Text I-4) are numbered erroneously.
