: ስብሐት፡ ለእግዚአብሔር፡ ዘአፈጸመኒ፡ ሊተ፡ ለኃጥእ፡ ገብሩ፨ ገብረ፡ አድኀኒ፡ : Praise be to God who has enabled me to complete (the writing), me, His sinful servant. Gabra ʾAdḫani. The name Gabra ʾAdḫani was added in red, in a secondary hand, the same which added the second part of the name, ʾAdḫani, to the supplication formulas.

Probably as the result of a resewing, the quires of the Ms. are placed in the reversed order. The original order of the quires must have been: XII-XI-X-IX-VIII-VII-VI-V-IV-III-II-I.
