The Ms. was resewn.
Remains of the leather cover have been preserved on the inner side of both boards.
Some fols. are stained with dirt, some with blurred ink: check the viewer2r-3r , 6r-13r.

Two wooden boards, covered with leather (quoter cover, for the most part missing). Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes and tears are visible on the spine fold of the quires, close to the head and the tail of the codex.

The note is written over a previous donation note in the same hand that added the name of Tasfā Mikāʾel to supplication formulas. It states that Tasfā Mikāʾel donated the Ms. to the church and ends with an excommunication against those who stole the book or erased its text.

check the viewerFols 66ra–73vb Commemorative notices and ˁarke-hymns for the feasts of St Michael The text is preceded by the title ተዝካረ፡ በዓሉ፡ ለመልአክ፡ ክቡር፡ ሚካኤል፡ ሊቀ፡ መላእክት፡ እስመ፡ ስንክሳር፡ ዘለለወርኁ። ‘the commemoration of the feast of the honoured angel Archangel Michael for it is the Synaxarion [reading] of each month’. The text contains the commemorative notices for the months Maskaram to Sane.

Provenance
Several persons are mentioned in the supplication formulas (in Hand h1 of codicological unit 1 (about:Sāʿsiʿ Ṣaʿdā ʾƎmbā, Bet Muḵāʿ Mikāʾel, BMQM-003, item q1)), like: Walda ʾIyasus (e.g., check the viewerfols. 6vb, 23va, 59va ), Zämädä Māryām donor ? (e.g., check the viewerfols. 7ra, 19ra, 20vb ), Walatta Madḫǝn donor ? (e.g., check the viewer12va , 20ra). Those names were overwritten with that of Tasfā Mikāʾel in a secondary (?) hand ( cp. Additio 1 and Ms. BMQM-002). The names of Gabra ʾƎgziʾabǝḥer donor ? and Gabra ʾƎgziʾ are mentioned in supplication formulas in hand b on check the viewerfols. 66ra, 70ra .
