ተፈጸመት፡ ዛቲ፡ መጽሐፍ፡ አመ፴ሁ፡ ለጥር፡ በ፲፱፸፱ዓመተ፡ ምሕረት፡ በዘመነ፡ ሉቃስ፡ ዘወሀባ፡ ለታቦተ፡ ጰራቅሊጦስ፡ አቶ፡ ጰራቅሊጦ[ስ]፡ ኃይለ፡ ሥላሴ፡ ወብእሲቱ፡ [vac] ከመ፡ ይኩኖሙ፡ መርሐ፡ ለመንግሥተ፡ ሰማያት፡
The note states that the Ms. was completed on the 30th of Ṭǝrr in the year of mercy 1979, during the time of the Evangelist Luke (= 25 January 1987 A.D. ). Besides, it is said that ʾato Ṗarāqliṭos Ḫāyla Śǝllāse (?) donated it to the tābot of the church, together with his wife, whose name however is missing.

In this Ms., miracle 3 (corresponding to Gulo Maḵadā, ʿĀddaqāḥarsi Ṗarāqliṭos, AP-046, (in p2_i2.4)) has been divided into two independent miracles: miracle 3 corresponding to Gulo Maḵadā, ʿĀddaqāḥarsi Ṗarāqliṭos, AP-046, (in p2_i2.4) and miracle 4 corresponding to Gulo Maḵadā, ʿĀddaqāḥarsi Ṗarāqliṭos, AP-046, (in p2_i2.4) . As a consequence, the total number of the miracles is 12; they are not numbered.Additions In this unit there are in total .
