Origin
Original Location: ʿĀddigrāt Madḫāne ʿĀlam↗
Mid-18th - early 19th cent. (?) Dāgǝmāwi Za-Manfas Qǝddus might be identified with Ḫagos donor (d. 1831), the second son of daǧǧāzmāč Sabāgādis (1770-1831) whose baptismal name was Za-Manfas Qǝddus. The identification is based on Additiones 1 and 2 in Ms. FBM-002.Provenance
The name of the original female donor has been erased throughout the Ms. Only the name of the donor's father, ʿAmda Māryām, has been preserved (check the viewer19rb , 30va). Their names were partly replaced with those of Dāgǝmāwi Za-Manfas Qǝddus and his wife ʿĀmata Dǝngǝl in strong amaranth ink (e.g., check the viewer5ra , 19ra, 23ra, 29ra, 37va, 40rb; s. also Additio 1), occasionally with that of Haftä (sic) Gabrǝʾel and Walatta Madḫǝn in strong vermillion and black ink (e.g, check the viewer19ra , 23rb, 30va, 41rb; s. also Additio 1).

Donation note.
Text in Gǝʿǝz
The note is crudely written and hardly legible because the ink has faded away. Hafta [sic] Gabrǝʾel with his father Walda Giworgis [sic] and his mother Walatta Māryām are mentioned in the lower part of the note. The upper part has been filled in by another secondary hand, in strong amaranth ink, with the names of Dāgǝmāwi Za-Manfas Qǝddus and his wife ʿĀmata Dǝngǝl. Furthermore a tabot (church) called Śǝllāse ʾAyga is mentioned. It is possible that the same hand wrote Additio 2 in Ms. AMM-001 and Additio 3 in Ms. AMM-004. Both Mss. were donated by Dāgǝmāwi Za-Manfas Qǝddus.
