She is credited with the foundation of at least three royal churches: Getesemane Māryām↗ in Goǧǧām↗ , the church of Bādǝqe↗ , near the royal residence situated in Faṭagār↗ , which was destroyed by the armies of ʾAḥmad↗ and the church of Beta Samāyāt↗ in ʾAmharā↗ , where she was buried.
