General description
A short Gǝʿǝz theological treatise which is a translation from Arabic. In the early Church this kind of text was recited for the baptized faithful after the catechumens had been dismissed. Whilst Jesus Christ , as the central celebrated figure, was described and praised without his name being mentioned directly, the initiated in the mysteries of the Christian faith knew who was intended.
Not to be confused with the text also known as Tǝmhǝrta ḫǝbuʾāt. For the texts in the version than cannot be immediately identified, see Teaching of Mysteries (general record).
