The threads of the binding are broken. Some leaves are loose, some are crudely attached to the binding by secondary stitches. Many leaves are damaged by rodents (esp. check the viewerFols 1–8, , check the viewer25–29, , check the viewer38–44, ). check the viewer33, is cut and repaired. Some leaves are missing after check the viewer29v, , check the viewer38r–40v, have been misplaced, they should be before check the viewer30r .

Rubrication has been carefully executed in the main hand after the copying of the text.
Careful, somewhat irregular; by a mediocre scribe. The handwriting becomes increasingly irregular and hasty in Content Item 2 Malkǝʾa sanbat (CAe 2889) .
