The back board and the most part of the leather cover are missing. Many fols. are missing. Only eight Anaphoras are present, two of them in part. check the viewer28-29 , 37-42 have been removed from their respective quires and misplaced. check the viewer47 , 48, 52, 53 are also misplaced. The texts in this part of the Ms. have been delimited tentatively. check the viewer48 , 49, 63 are seriously damaged, part of the text in these folios is lost. check the viewer46 has three holes with insignificant losses of text. Many fols. are worn, the text has been abraded. Some leaves are damaged by humidity.
