This section is preceded by a presentation of the Antiphonary and a concise description of its history. The note is written in the main hand. It states that the work was completed within one year (i.e., 1675?).

Two wooden boards (both broken and repaired) covered with reddish-brown tooled leather (half cover). Three pairs of sewing stations.
