The name of the original donor Zawalda Māryām has been erased throughout the Ms. and has been retained only on check the viewer44vb . According to Additio 4, the Ms. was donated by Takla Māryām Walda Śǝllāse on behalf of the commemoration of different persons. The names of Habta Śǝllāse and Gabra Madḫǝn were added to the supplication formulas throughout the Ms. by the same hand as Additio 4.

Condition
The Ms. is worn. Many fols. are stained with wax and dirt. Both boards are broken and repaired. Discolouration (traces of adhesive ?) is visible on the spine folds of the quires. The Ms. has probably been resewn. check the viewer56 is cut in half. Holes or tears amended on check the viewer22 , 36, 48, 104, 110, 129.
