The note states that wayzaro Ṭǝrunäš ʾAsgädäm ʾAräza donated the Ms. to Qǝddus Yoḥannǝs Golʿa during the rule of šum ʾagame Kaśa and the tenure of Metropolitan ʾabuna Ṗeṭros. The note also mentions her parents and daughter.

The Ms. shows traces of extensive use: some fols. are stained with dirt and wax. There are metal wires visible on both boards; perhaps they have been broken and repaired. Tears or holes amended on fols. 2, 5, 7, 10, 21, 29, 57, 89, 96, 110, 111, 114.
