According to Additio 1, ʾabeto Č̣ammār donor has donated the Ms. His name (also called Zawalda Māryām Č̣ammār) and that of ʾabuna Takla Hāymānot are written in the supplication formulas on check the viewer9ra b (hand a). Walda Śǝllāse is mentioned in the supplication formula on check the viewer9va in hand b. The names of ʿĀmdā Yoḥannǝs and Sabla Wangel are stated in the supplication formula in check the viewer15vb (hand c).

The Ms. is very worn. The back board is missing and replaced by a piece of cardboard. Traces of a leather cover are preserved on the inner side of the front board. The sewing ins badly damaged, crudely repaired. Many fols. are stained with wax and dirt. Holes or tears carefully amended on fols. 1, 2, 29, 41, 49, 58, 91, 100, 107, 125, 132, 133, 134, 141, 154, 155, 156. Holes on fols. 1, 2, 21, 34, 43, 59, 87, 88, 97, 98, 116, 118, 123, 125, 126, 127, 134, 141, 144, 155, 161.

Two wooden boards (the back board is missing and replaced by a piece of cardboard), previously covered with leather (remains are preserved on the inner side of the front board). Two pairs of sewing stations.
