The front board is missing; the back board is damaged. Leather cover is completely torn off (traces of leather are visible on the back board). The sewing is destroyed. Many fols. are misplaced in quires II-XII. Holes or tears amended on check the viewer11 ,19, 50, 59.

Two wooden boards (the front board is missing); previously covered with leather. Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes or tears are visible on the spine fold of the quires, close to the head and tail of the codex.
