The back board and a few fols. are missing. The Ms. has been resewn. Some fols. damaged by rodents (esp. fols. 1, 2). Some fols. are damaged by water (esp. fols. 3-10). Remains of the leather cover are still visible on the front board. Many fols. are held together by stitch repairs, in many cases so tightly that the structure of the quires can hardly be discerned. Quires I-III include fragments originating from different manuscripts.
