The Ms. is destroyed, affected by water and incomplete. Both boards are missing. The sewing is damaged. A few fols. are missing before check the viewer10 ; one fol. is missing in quire V between check the viewer37 and 38, in quire VI between check the viewer45 and 46; at least one fol. is missing before check the viewer71 ; a few fols. are missing or are misplaced after check the viewer82 ; check the viewer90-92 are misplaced; fol. 1 is misplaced and should follow check the viewer97 . check the viewer26 is torn apart and crudely repaired. The outer edge of check the viewer92 is damaged, with the loss of text.
