Extras
-
In every case, the miniatures are on parchment folios that are of a slightly different size than the surrounding folios
-
Recto of the fore guard leaf (fols. iv(erso), ), and 141v, 142r, 142v blank, save for some scrawls
-
Some folios have severe water stains
-
The scribe regularly has to complete a line of text on another line. Much of the problem is addressed through the selection of an appropriate aspect ratio for the codex combined with an appropriate script size. But, where the line of text is still too long, the scribe completes the line of text above the end of the line (throughout) or below the line ((folss. 45v, 47r, 48v, 53r, 62v, 119r, 122v, , etc.). This scribe will also reduce the font size at the end of lines to avoid having to go onto the next line (e.g., (21r, 23v, 32r, 32v , etc.)
-
Fol. 55r A note in red ink and circled in red marks the midpoint of the Psalms
-
Overlooked words of text are written interlinearly (folss. 14v, 17r, 123v, ); and overlooked lines of text are written interlinearly (73r, 115v )
Decoration In this unit there are in total 10 s, 1 .
