1882-1889 (prosopography) Metropolitan Ṗeṭros , who was in charge from 1882 to 1917, is mentioned on check the viewerpps. 23r, 37v . King Yoḥannǝs IV , who reigned from 1872 to 1889, is mentioned on check the viewerpp. 24v . This indicates that the manuscript was written between 1882 and 1889. The name of Walda Māryām is frequently mentioned in the supplication formulas throughout the manuscript. The name is overwritten in a secondary hand over other effaced names. This strongly suggests that he was either a later owner or donor of the manuscript.

Condition
The manuscript was rebound and professionally restored in the Badia of Grottaferrata↗ on 5 November 1977. The original binding and boards have been replaced by the book conservators. Some leaves have been cut off between check the viewerpp. 57, and check the viewerpp. 58, with loss of text. The manuscript displays traces of intensive use; some leaves are stained with dirt (e.g. check the viewerpp. 98v, ). The ink on some leaves is partly faded out, e.g. on check the viewerpps. 97v, 101r .
