During the time of Tasfā Mikāʾel’s office. ( The donor is not mentioned, but it appears that the note refers to the name Walda Śǝllāse mentioned in the concluding supplication. Besides, the note mentions Tasfā Mikāʾel, the head of St George’s church. It is written in a secondary hand, the same which inserted the names of the donors in the supplication formulas. )

Condition
The back board is cracked and repaired with a cord and metal staples. The sewing on the second pair of sewing stations is partly missing. A hole is carefully amended in check the viewer43 .
