The back board is cracked. The cover is missing. The sewing is damaged. Some fols. are affected by humidity. A few words or lines near the inner lower margin of some fols. have been washed out (e.g., check the viewer8ra , 13vb, 14ra, 17ra). The rubrication in crimson has faded on some fols. (e.g., check the viewer14v , 15v, 16r, 43v-51r, 55r, 56v, 60v). Holes are carefully amended on check the viewer32 , 68, 76, 94,105.
