It states that bǝğǝr wäddi (Amh. bäğǝrond) Gabra Madḫǝn bought the Ms. and donated it to the tabot of the Saviour of the World, the church of ʾIyasus (Beta ʾIyasus). Subsequently, Gabra Madḫǝn’s family members are mentioned: his wife Walatta Masqal, his father Za-Walda Māryām and his mother Ṣädalä Māryām. -

The front board is broken and repaired with recent synthetic threads; the back board is broken. The text is partly illegible due to faded, abraded or smeared ink: check the viewer15v , 16r, 19rv, 20r, 23v, 24r, 31v, 35r, 56r, 79v. check the viewer69-79 are stained with water. Holes are amended on fol. 9, 10, 12, 23, 25-27, 29, 35-37, 45.
