check the viewer94rc : በ፲ወ፱፻፲ወ፱ ዓመተ፡ ምሕረት፡ ጊዜውን፡ በራስ፡ ሥዩም፡ ጊዜ፡ ነው፡ ቄስ፡ ተክለ፡ ሃይማኖት፡ ቄስ፡ ገብረ፡ ጻድቃን፡ ከሳስኪ[sic]፡ አቶ፡ ደስታ፡ ተከሻሽ፡ እኅትየን፡ ገድልከልኝ፡ ብለው፡ ከሰሱት[sic]፡ እኔ፡ አልገደልኩም፡ ብሎ፡ ከሰንሰለት፡ ገባ፡ ከደጃዝማች፡ ደስታ፡ ችኰት፡ ቀረቡ፡ … The record was written in Amharic in 1919 year of mercy (= 1926/27 A.D.) during the time of rās Sǝyyum Mängäša (govenor of Tǝgray in 1914-60). The priests Takla Hāymānot and Gabra Ṣādǝqān accuse ʾato Dästa to have murdered their sister, they went to the court of däǧǧazmač Dästa to settle the dispute. The judges were lǝğ Kidānu, šäqa Ḫǝdāru and Baḥǝta Sǝkus. Further in the note it is mentioned that they should swear an oath on Gunda Gunde (here written Gʷǝngʷǝnde) to prove their innocence.

The spine cover has been repaired with a white modern thread. Some fols. are of smaller size, check the viewer30 , 31, 57, 149, 150. A large water stain on check the viewer138v . check the viewer145 is made of two pieces of parchment sewn together. Cuts and tears are carefully amended in check the viewer56 , 69, 109, 112, 136.
