ḥankärä “to cook the bread for brewing”, cf.

seclusion, it is performed by monks. It would be far-fetched to correct
ḫankari with
ḫangari from
ḫangärä “carrying on the shoulders”, even if according to

“it is found in the gädl, in the tammǝr (miracle) and in literature.’
