The leather cover is slightly damaged along the corners. Some fols. are slightly stained with water (e.g., check the viewer102 , 107). check the viewer49 , 99, 108, 125 have been enlarged by sewing a piece of parchment onto them. Tears amended on check the viewer47 , 63, 82, 88.
