: ዝመጽሐፍ፡ ዘአጽሐፎ፡ ቀሲስ፡ ኃይለ፡ ጊዮርጊስ፡ አቡሁ፡ ቀሲስ፡ ክፍለ፡ ማርያም፡ ወእሙ፡ ሰበነ፡ ጊዮርጊስ፡ ወጸሐፊሁ፡ ቀሲስ፡ ተክለ፡ ሃይማኖት፡ ከመ፡ ይኩኖ፡ መድኀኒተ፡ ነፍስ፡ ወሥጋ፡ ዘወሀቦ፡ ለቅዱስ፡ ጊዮርጊስ፡ መዓጔ፡ ዘሠረቆ፡ ወዘፈሐቆ፡ ውጉዞ፡ ይኩን፡ በሥልጣነ፡ ጴጥሮስ፡ ወጳውሎስ፡ ወበቃለ፡ ወአኒ፡ ውጉዞ፡ ለይኩን። The colophon mentions the name of the commissioner and donor priest (qasis ) Ḫāyla Giyorgis, that of his father, priest Kǝfla Māryām, of his mother, Säbänä Giyorgis, and that of the scribe, priest Takla Hāymānot. It mentions also that the Ms. was donated to the church Giyorgis Mäʿagʷe.

The front board is broken and repaired. The back board is broken. The original sewing is missing, the quires are held together with cords and modern threads. The fols. are misplaced. Some fols. are very worn and stained by dirt. Tears carefully repaired on fols. 1, 44.
