Condition
The sewing is damaged and repaired, some quires are loose; the leather cover is for the most part missing. Many leaves are worn, badly stained with water, especially in the upper part at the end of the Ms., with the loss of text (e.g., check the viewer64v-65r , 92-118). Many leaves are stained with wax and dirt: e.g., check the viewer24v , 32r, 62v. Text on many leaves is barely legible or illegible: e.g., check the viewer12v , 20v, 29r, 36v, 65r, 95vb. check the viewer60 and 87 have been enlarged by sewing a piece of parchment onto them. Tears amended on fols. 2, 58, 61, 115, 118, 119.
Binding
Two wooden boards (the front board covered with reddish-brown tooled leather), remains of textile inlays on both boards. Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes are visible on the spine fold of the quires, close to the head and to the tail of the codex.
