The binding might originally belong to a different codex. The leather cover is damaged, partly missing. The leather cover is cut off at the spine. The red ink is faded, rubricated passages are barely legible, s. check the viewer1r-47v . Several fols. are of smaller size, fols. 2, 3, 6, 7, 18, 19, 22, 23, 26, 31, 33, 36, 37, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45. Some fols. are stained and dirty, check the viewer24v , 25r, 50r.
Binding
Two wooden boards (possibly re-used) covered with reddish-brown tooled leather (partly missing). Two pairs of sewing stations.
Binding decoration
Small holes are visible on the spine fold of the quires, close to the head and the tail of the codex.
