ʾIyasu is mentioned as the reigning king (e.g., check the viewer11ra , 15ra). Ṗeṭros is mentioned as the Patriarch and Krǝstodolu as the Metropolitan (check the viewer52vb ). ʾIyasu II was the King of Ethiopia in 1730-55 and Krǝstodolu III the Metropolitan of Ethiopia in 1720-35. The name of Peter VI (Patriarch of Alexandria in 1718-26) is mentioned in the Ms. for unclear reasons, possibly because the scribe was not informed about his demise.Summary
