He who steals it or erases (its text) shall be excommunicated. The name of his father is ʾabuna Gabra ʾƎgziʾabǝḥer, his mother is Walatta Libānos, his brother is Walda ʾAragāwi, so that it might be for them a guide to the Kingdom of Heaven, forever and ever. Amen. And his wife is Walatta Māryām, and his children are Walatta Ḥǝywat, Walatta Kidān, Walatta Kidān (and) ʿĀmata Śǝllāse, forever and ever. Amen. The note mentions King Mǝnilǝk II (r. 1889-1913) and Metropolitan Ṗeṭros (in tenure in 1881-17). The original location of the Ms. was in the church of ʾabuna Gabra Manfas Qǝddus situated near Dabra Mäʿar Qǝddǝst Māryām gädam (the two churches constitute one administrative unit).

The end part of Text I and the greater part of Text III-13 (Anaphora of St Basil of Caesarea) are missing. check the viewer20 and 95 have been mended by sewing strips of parchment to their edges. ff. 1, 2, 24 are of smaller size.
