Owner/donor: priest (qašši) Bǝrhāna Täsfǝy Gabra Tǝnśāʾe, according to Additio 1. The names of the original donors or owners are not known since the space for rubricated names was left unfilled (the first part of the name was probably Ḫāyla, cp. check the viewer4v ).

Written in a crude secondary hand with red and blue ballpoint pen on cardboard, in Tǝgrǝñña. It states that the book belongs to qašši Bǝrhāna Tasfǝy Gabra Tǝnśāʾe. The date 24/12/96 A.M. (= 2003/04 A.D.) is mentioned.
