check the viewer38v : ዛቲ፡ መጽሐፍ፡ ዘታቦተ፡ ቅዱስ፡ ሚካኤል፡ ቤት፡ ሙካዕ፡ ዘአጽሐፋ፡ ወልደ፡ አብርሃ። The note states that the Ms. is owned by the church Bet Muḵaʿ Mikāʾel and that it was commissioned by Walda ʾAbrǝha.

The back board is broken and repaired. The sewing is slightly damaged. Some fols. are worn and stained with dirt (esp. fols. 1-7).
