Condition
The Ms. shown traces of intensive use; many fols. are stained with wax and dirt. Some fols. are affected by humidity. The Ms. has been resewn. The leather cover has been cut off at the spine, probably to facilitate resewing. Tears on the cover have been amended. The endleaves are partly detached from the rest of the Ms. f. 1 is of smaller size. Many fols. have been damaged by rodents, sometimes with text loss, e.g., check the viewer51 , 52, 53, 54, 55, 56. Holes or tears amended on check the viewer82 , 94, 102, 112.

Two wooden boards covered with reddish-brown tooled leather; textile inlays. Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes are visible at the spine fold of the quires, close to the head and tail of the codex.
