Names of the original donors have been erased from the supplication formulas and replaced with the names Gabra Ḥǝywat, Walda Mikāʾel, Säbänä Giyorgis, Walda Yoḥannǝs, Walda Kidān, Za-Walda Māryām and Walatta Māryām, in a secondary hand. One of the original donors' names, Mǝslä ʾAntǝya, has been preserved on check the viewer29ra and 42rb.

Both boards and the original sewing are missing. The Ms. is affected by water and possibly by fire (s. edges of check the viewer32-38 , 44-48). Many fols. are missing; the remaining fols. are misplaced. Text in fols. 1-3, 70-73 is abraded. Ink is washed out or faded in some fols. Holes are amended on check the viewer12 , 13, 30.

Both boards are missing. Two pairs of sewing stations.
