Oh you, priests and deacons, do not forget the donor of this book <…> Liturgy <…> each one (of you, recite for me) the Paternoster. The name of the donor’s mother is added above the line. The part of the text after እልፍዮስ፡ is written in smaller letters. Gǝrḥǝ<…>d is probably the name of a locality. The end part of the text cannot be restored with certainty; it may contain a request to ministers to remember the donor during Liturgy. Several letters, difficult to interpret, are added above the line close to the beginning of the note. The note is enclosed in an ornamental frame. -

Both boards are broken and neatly repaired with cords. Many folios are heavily stained with dirt. check the viewer48 is slightly rumpled. check the viewer120 and 136 are of smaller size. Holes or tears are roughly amended on check the viewer22 , 34, 97.
