Praise (be) to you, Mary, as many as valleys and lakes... Written in a later hand, different from that of the main text, in the blank space after Text I-6. The same hymn follows the ʾAnqaṣa bǝrhān in the Psalter EMML 2602(6)(b) (but the end of the ʾAnqaṣa bǝrhān in KY-33 is somewhat different from the text printed in GroHymn 383-88). Cp. also EMML 1095- 2(11); 2211-2; 3992-13; 3399v-v(1).

Condition
The Ms. has been resewn. The spine cover has been cut out. The leaves are worn; many are stained with dirt and wax. Some fols. are about to fall apart along the ruling lines. check the viewer64 is damaged by rodents. check the viewer97 is damaged in the bottom right part, part of the text is lost.

Two wooden boards covered with dark brown tooled leather; textile inlays. Two pairs of sewing stations.

Small holes are visible on the spine fold of the quires, one close to the head and one close to the tail of the codex.

In the beginning, the handwriting is fine, though slightly irregular, with broadly spaced and thin letters. In some parts of the Ms., it becomes irregular and less careful, creating a strong impression that the Ms. was probably written by several hands (though the exact delimitation of text portions is difficult).Check for additional bibliography
